Email down

somehow , my com cannot read emails recently.
when i log in to hotmail , i see all the emails my inbox
but when i press on them , something amazing happened
that is , nothing happened !!!
i went to ask microsoft for help but
the very clever support group send me an email
IF I CAN READ MY EMAILS , WOULD I STILL BE SEEKING HELP !!!!
